DrMariket is committed to delivering high-quality web development and e-commerce solutions that meet our clients' requirements. We work closely with each client to ensure that the final deliverables match the agreed-upon specifications and expectations.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to both project-based work and subscription services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as specified in the contract or statement of work.
  • Quality Issues: If the deliverables contain significant errors or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Service Cancellation: Depending on the stage of the project, as detailed in Section 3 below.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same service.

3. Refund Request Timeframe

To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:

  • 14 days of the delivery of the final project or deliverable for quality issues or services not rendered
  • 48 hours of the charge for duplicate charges

We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review all deliverables upon receipt to ensure timely reporting of any issues.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process:

  2. Provide Project Details: Include your project ID, the services purchased, and the date of purchase.
  3. Explain the Issue: Clearly describe the reason for your refund request and include any relevant documentation or evidence.
  4. Review: Our client services team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.
  5. Resolution: We will process your refund or offer an appropriate solution within 5-7 business days of receiving your complete request.

All refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

5. Project Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project, the refund amount will depend on the stage of the project:

5.1 Project-Based Services

  • Cancellation before project kickoff: 90% refund of the initial deposit
  • Cancellation during the discovery/planning phase: 50% refund of the initial deposit
  • Cancellation during the design phase: 25% refund of the initial deposit
  • Cancellation during the development phase: No refund of the initial deposit; remaining milestone payments will not be charged
  • Cancellation after project completion: No refund

5.2 Subscription Services

  • Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for the current month; service will continue until the end of the billing period
  • Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund for unused complete months, less a 20% early termination fee

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@drmariket.com.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party costs: Expenses paid to third parties on your behalf, such as domain registration, hosting fees, stock photography, or premium plugin licenses
  • Rush fees: Additional charges for expedited service
  • Consultation fees: Charges for consultations or strategy sessions that have already taken place
  • Custom development: Work that has been completed according to the specifications provided
  • Maintenance work: Services that have already been performed

7. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you can escalate the issue by contacting our management team at management@drmariket.com. We will review your case and work with you to find a fair resolution.

If we cannot resolve the dispute internally, we may suggest mediation or another form of alternative dispute resolution.
